STONES INTERNATIONAL is accredited by the AESC (www.aesc.org), the Worldwide Association for Retained Executive Search Consultancy Firms, which endorses our professional practices, standards and code of ethics.

The AESC is the official body representing retained executive search consulting firms worldwide, with regional councils in the Americas, Europe and Asia/Pacific and an International Board of Directors. The AESC is recognized by the United States Government and the European Commission as the representative body for the retained executive search industry.

The AESC’s mission is to promote the highest professional standards in retained executive search, ensure highly professional execution of search assignments and serve as an advocate to protect the interests of clients and candidates.

Membership of the AESC is only granted to an executive search firm that meets rigorous criteria and following a process of due diligence involving client references, site visits and a vote by the appropriate regional council.

The AESC publishes, amongst other various publications, a Client’s Bill of Rights, a Candidate’s Bill of Rights, and the Professional Practice Guidelines, which are designed to help clients and candidates obtain the best value from executive search and to ensure compliance of the search firm with agreed and tested principles.
