Mirko has been working as a head-hunter and executive coach in Asia, with a proven track record in advising Clients on their Talent Strategy and successfully completing search assignments for C-Level, Executive and Director roles across the continent.
Mirko is currently coaching ESSEC/Mannheim EMBA participants and Executives across Asia on Personal Development, People Management, and Leadership Effectiveness.
An Italian national, Mirko has been living and working in Asia for over 10 years. Prior to joining Stones International, Mirko has worked in multiple Regional and Corporate Human Resources roles with Ducati, Ferrari and Tod’s, being based in Italy and Hong Kong.
He has completed an Executive MBA with ESSEC Business School in Singapore, receiving the Highly Commended award, and he holds an M.Sc. in Finance; he has attended courses at Dartmouth Tuck Business School (Personal Leadership and Success, taught by Prof. Marshall Goldsmith), Cornell ILR (Strategic HR), UCLA Anderson (California Start-up) and Yonsei University (Corporate Innovation); he is certified by SHL for OPQ32 Personality Assessment and Competency Based Interview.
