Petra Owusu is a Principal - Leadership Advisory with Stones International specialising in Leadership & Organizational Development, as well as Executive Coaching.

 

As a member of our Leadership Advisory Team, Petra helps global companies transform Managers into Future-Ready Leaders, develop New Generation Leaders, as well as create a coaching culture workplace using Emotional Intelligence and coaching technics. Further, Petra engages with Human Resources Professionals in assessing and up-skilling high potential employees and leaders.

 

Petra started her career as an HR Manager for BDP International, building a holistic HR Department focusing on strategic HR Management, including Change Management, Employee and Leadership Development. She has designed and facilitated Change Management workshops for the organisation and became a trusted member of the President Advisory Council. Prior to this, Petra worked 3 years as MD Assistant for the same company and 7 years for FedEx in various roles. She has 10 years’ experience around organisational change and 7 years’ experience in people development.

 

Before joining Stones International, Petra engaged in Transformational Coaching in Personal and Career Development. 

 

Petra is a German national. She holds a degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Haufe Academy and the University of Deggendorf, is a Certified Professional Coach following the ICF Code of Conduct and a Certified Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner.

 

She is fluent in German and English.
